| Items/Services: too many to list!!!! Comments: I don't know what you guys are talking about but at Medford Power Sports I have never reicieved anything but exceptional customer service from every department, the guys down there ALWAYS go above and beyond to help myself and others, I always go there and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else...I find it hard to believe that a customer " and you know who you are" could be at the shop and not recieve help for as long as you say you didn't, you sound pretty erogant yourself!!!im sure they asked if you needed help and you said im just looking so they were probably giving you time to look!!! but i guess it's hard to make miserable people happym its actually impossible.. | Items/Services: None Comments: I don't know why it is but, it seems every shop in the valley has arrogant sales people that don't seem to care if you purchase a product from them or not. In my experience, if you don't have a wad of hundred dollar bills falling out of your pocket they don't want anything to do with you. I have been to M.P.S. on several occasions both while working and on personal time and have been ignored the entire time I was in the store, even when there was no one else in the building. Too bad for you, I buy all my parts on-line and all of my bikes out of the valley. Hopefully some day you'll figure out what customer service is. Customer Service: Prices: Overall: |

| Items/Services: none Comments: i have been to this shop on many different occasions, once to purchase a gsxr and many other times looking for parts and acc. on every single occasion i have experienced nothing but a horrible experience and everytime i have walked out withought buying anything because i was so angry! when i went to buy a motorcycle i had cash no financing need and still could not get anyone to even help me for the 45 minutes that i was in the shop (and i was the only customer in the shop at the time), on another visit to this shop i actually had a parts guy argue with me that there was no such thing as all black universal background sheets for number plates and that i would have to have them specially made (having worked in many bike shops i have sold hundreds of these backgrounds that we kept in stock) on another visit i was looking for a new street helmet and tried to get help for about 30 minutes (again i was one of the only customers in the shop and there was plenty of employees standing around talking to eachother) when i finally decided to leave i told Travis "thanks for the help" (which i never recieved) and he said "hey anytime" very sarcasticly he was right anytime i have gone into that store i have left very angry! and a friend of mine used to be a mechanic there and told me that they will uncrate atv's and take them to the dunes to ride them for a weekend and brin them back selling them as "new" Customer Service: Prices: Overall: |

| Items/Services: 4 Arctic Cat quads. Various parts to go with them. Comments: We have bought two sets of quads from Nick and Travis and they give the best deals in Oregon not to mention the way they handle their customers is just awesome. My wife and I both tell all our friends about the Medford store if they are ready to get some quads. We won't shop anywhere else. | Items/Services: I went there to buy a quad for my bf. Comments: I was waiting to hear back on a credit check to see if I could finance a quad. The person I was dealing with said that it would take about an hour to hear back so I left. While I was gone, they sold the quad that I was waiting for, I was approved so I could've got the quad.
